Spring Peeper

Continuing the belated updates - last fall Nux and I had the pleasure of seeing a beautiful little tree frog hangin' around the front door of Heartwood. It was a Spring Peeper, Virginia's most common tree frog. They're Tiny, and have beautiful patterns on their backs.

Looking to Wikipedia, you can see more pictures of these gorgeous frogs and even hear sound clips of individual peepers and many hundreds together. It is a beautiful song to hear.
