With a late crop of mulberries and raspberries and a delicious banana, Nux and I were making Incredible smoothies through the beginning of last fall. The banana makes for a good creamy base, then any seasonal fruits you've got on hand are great for flavor - cherries, grapes, peaches, strawberries - whatever you've got! Toss in a sweetener if you'd like (Nux prefers a bit of honey), then some apple juice, a handful of ice cubes, and you're good to go!
