Pesto Dreams

Since this post is coming so late, maybe it'll provoke you into early dreams of basil harvest.

Last fall Nux, myself, and several friends made a delicious feast of Pesto Lasagna. The basil was fresh and bold, the pasta was delicious and wholesome, and the eggplant and zucchini that were samwiched in delicious green mush came straight from the garden.

I can't give you a recipe, though, as Nux doesn't use 'em. She's one of them Intuitive cooks. Ah, well. You get the idea - layers of pasta, pesto, and veggies sliced into strips, cover in cheese, stick 'er in the oven, and enjoy later.
