Nasturtiums Revisited

I took fresh notes last night after re-reading a chapter of Gaia's Garden and found this information on nasturtiums:

-they produce a great abundance of mulch
-they ward off unwanted insects
-the leaves and flowers are edible and spicy additions to a salad
