{Hot Cocoa}

I've made hot cocoa Twice today. It's such a treat after being out in 10 degree weather all day workin' hard. I mixed it like HLH's chocolate pudding recipe (see Recipe Exchange), thoroughly stirring the dry ingredients - cocoa and sugar - and then mixing in a Tiny bit of milk at a time so it was really like a fudge paste first, then a cocoa mix later. YUM.

I love hot chocolate.
